Our Corned Tongue is now available at R89.98/ kg for the month of August, while stock lasts!

Corned tongue is traditionally served with mashed potatoes, mustard and sweet-and-sour pickled baby onions or known as “Slaphakskeentjies”.

Traditional accompaniments include creamy mash potatoes or boiled baby potatoes.
Instead of "Slaphakskeentjies" you can also serve root veggies such as carrots.

Pair the meat’s rich, salty flavour with quince jelly or an apricot jam glaze for a delicious finishing touch.
