It brings me much joy walking into an unfamiliar kitchen, cooking with new faces and sharing my passion.

Last night’s first training started on a high note using beautiful ingredients and plating up delicious food.

I am looking forward to see how this comes together and excited to be a part of the journey.

It was the last breakfast in the geodome at Soul Forest Stays
What an unforgettable experience staying in a private little nest, surrounded by nature.

From a hot tub to an outside shower and beautiful nature walks, this gem is worth a visit.

Creamy tomato, garlic, chilli & herb prawns with avocado and toasted baguette…a great way to start the day!

Two catering events in one day—and what a rewarding day it was! 🎉

From the planning and preparation to seeing everything come together and guests enjoying the food, every effort was worth it. I’m proud of what we accomplished and grateful to everyone who trusted us to be part of their special occasions.

Dinner doesn’t have to be complicated. Nor does it have to take hours to prepare…when there’s love involved and a little bit of time (while the oven does the cooking) you have the opportunity to relax and spend time with the family.

One pot roast of leg of lamb, onion, garlic, sweet potato, baby potatoes, some w**e, of course & aromatics…
Served with a side of homemade salsa verde or gremolata, you have a delicious meal, enjoyed around the table with loved ones.

A throwback to an incredible wedding at Kaapzicht W**e Estate with the incredible Elri Photography working her magic once again.

We cooked the majority of the food on an open fire and in a pizza oven…a memorable day, filled with love, laughter and delicious food!

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of conducting an Asian cooking class for a wonderful family!
It was such a joy to share delicious recipes, cooking techniques, and the rich flavors of Asian cuisine with them. 🍜🥢

It was especially meaningful to reconnect with this family after catering their daughter’s wedding last year.

Thank you, Annelette & Christiaan… I truly enjoyed cooking and creating beautiful memories together! ❤️
