Seprial and I first crossed paths at Granger Bay Market — me constantly hovering around her stall for another round of her famous Korean fried chicken. Somewhere between grabbing serviettes and chopsticks, small chats turned into shared stories about food, creativity, and our career journeys.

Over the years we kept in touch, always saying, “we need to collaborate someday.”
Well… someday is finally here.

This June, I’ll be bringing a series of pre-dinner cocktails to inspired by Seprial’s bold Korean flavours, good food, good drinks and good company.
