We’re officially saying HELLO to the Facebook community!
Barman Wenu is a proudly Black-owned, youth-led mobile cocktail bar based in Soweto, and we’re here to shake things up (literally and figuratively).
Our journey started with one big idea: to bring a fresh twist to local events by offering professional mixology, warm service, and flavor-packed cocktails, all at affordable rates. Whether it’s a wedding, street market, or private party, we bring the bar to you.
What makes us different?

- Our team is small but mighty, young, skilled, and passionate about every drink we serve.
From our first cocktail party launch last year, in September, to running weekend pop-ups and showing out at the Phriri Street Market, we’ve built a loyal community that loves good drinks and great vibes.
