A little less chopping. A little more time for everything else. 🥔🥬

We love having Nufresh in our fridges, fresh veg that’s already prepped and ready to make getting dinner on the table that much easier.

Baby potatoes with parsley, cubed sweet potato, green beans and more. Simple, fresh and genuinely useful on a busy day.

Sometimes an outing can open up a whole new world.

Twenty young players from St Francis Bay Soccer and 11 youngsters from the 9Miles Project recently travelled from Sea Vista to Gqeberha for a day of learning, exploring and, of course, a little soccer along the way.

At SANCCOB they learnt about African penguins, marine conservation and the difference each of us can make. Then it was on to Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium and for some of these young footballers, the chance to walk into a major stadium and imagine where their own dreams might one day take them.

We were very happy to play a small part by providing food and refreshments for the group, alongside the Kromme Enviro-Trust, who sponsored the visits, and the Rotary Club of St Francis Bay, who provided transport.

And a special mention to Matt Davies of St Francis Bay Soccer and Showney Adams of the 9Miles Project for the work they continue to do with Sea Vista’s young people.

Because sometimes seeing what’s possible is where it all starts.

When women’s health matters, the conversation matters. ❤️
At SPAR, we believe that empowering women also means creating spaces where women can learn, ask questions, share experiences, and have open conversations about their health and wellbeing.

The Women’s Health Matters Conference brought women together to shine a light on the health issues that affect us through every stage of life, creating an opportunity to listen, learn and start conversations that too often go unspoken.

Because when women are better informed about their health, they are better equipped to advocate for themselves, support one another, and make empowered choices.

Her health matters. Her voice matters. Her future matters. Today and every day, we . ❤️
