Riesling for winter?

Absolutely! Especially if there’s curry with a glass of Orpheus & The Raven Swansong Riesling on the menu.
Few wines handle spice quite as effortlessly.

To add more interest, put Kate Bush on the turntable. Both Riesling and Kate Bush have spent years being misunderstood - Riesling often dismissed as sweet, while Kate Bush never quite fitted the mould of what popular music was expected to sound like.

Yet, spend time with either and their unconventional nature reveals beautiful layers. Enjoy how Swansong unfolds through nuance and Kate Bush complete the whole story through imagination, emotion and intensity.

Both are impossible to be mistaken for anything else.

This week, we stop at WYN in Somerset West for a sold-out tasting event. We look forward to meeting new wine lovers and giving them a glimpse into our world of melodic pairings. Guided by our philosophy of , these experiences are designed to bring people closer to the essence of wine through music and storytelling.

Join winemaker-muso Etienne Louw at the Riverbend Art & Wine Gallery on 11 June for a melodic journey through seven Orpheus & The Raven wines.

Alongside the music, wine and storytelling, guests can enjoy a selection of warming soups as winter settles in.

Bookings are essential, as this intimate gathering is limited to just 40 guests.
