𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰
All of us at Glenelly share a mutual interest in delving deeper into wines from interesting regions of the world, and in pairing the wines with food that not only compliments but emphasises their nuances of flavour, fragrance and texture. This sparked the idea of inviting our friend and inspirational oenophile Alex Dale, to co-host an event at The Vine Bistro and share his enthusiasm and knowledge of Beaujolais wines with us.
From the charming, refreshing and fruity, to the more complex, fuller-bodied and intriguing, the Beaujolais region of France produces wines worth exploring.
Taste and indulge in several carefully sourced bottles paired with a menu of traditional French dishes prepared by chef Christophe Dehosse and our team.
