Lievland Vineyards Lievland Vineyards is a historic Stellenbosch winery located in the Simonsberg region. The estate is also home to Lievland Cafe.

The estate is best known for their award-winning Lievland Rosé, as well as the popular Lievland Old-Vine Chenin Blanc.

LIEVLAND, 2026 • When deciding to replant most of our vineyards in 2018, we knew it would require patience. Young vineyards carry small yields, only about 5-20% of its potential, the first few years. And then, slowly, surely, the yields increase. Each year, more luscious canopies. Each year, more bunches.

Each year more STELLENBOSCH.
Each year more LIEVLAND.

Right before bottling, our Cabernet Sauvignon is brought out for one more in-depth barrel tasting. Each barrel is meticulously tasted and rated to ensure that only the very best goes into our Lievland Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon.

We’re looking for fresh fruit, supple yet grippy tannins, and balanced notes of cedar & spice.

Our new look has arrived. Featuring a soft blue theme, a gold border for contrast, and a refined illustration that reads beautifully from a distance.

The simplified logo brings clarity and elegance, marking a new chapter for Lievland while staying true to our heritage.

The colour blue has found its way into Lievland designs since 2017. It’s been a feature on our boxes, tote bags, and on a few special projects, and so we decided that we need to highlight it as out official brand colour.

These tanks were already in the cellar when we acquired Lievland back in 2017.
To highlight their powerful presence, we decided to paint them red.

These tanks are the final resting place for our Stellenboch Cabernet Sauvignon, before it is bottled.
