This beautifully preserved, Provençal styled complex offers visitors the chance to learn the origins of Van Ryn’s history while sampling our international award winning brandies. Recently we renewed our 5-star rating from SA’s Tourism Grading Council, confirming the premium experienced offered to our visitors. Located within a 45 minute drive from Cape Town, Van Ryn’s Distillery offers a tranquil setting in a refined luxurious environment. Your experience is further enhanced by a friendly and knowledgeable hospitality team. Our team has a deeply deep-rooted passion for this special product. We enjoy every opportunity to share our enthusiasm with fellow brandy-lovers and those new to the world of fine brandy. OPENING TIMES:
Tuesday to Sunday (including Public Holidays): 10:00 – 17:00. We are closed on Mondays, unless it is a Public Holiday. We are closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Good Friday

• Take the N2 away from Cape Town
• Turn off exit 33 and turn left into R310 Baden Powell direction of Stellenbosch
• Travel approx. 6 km
• Turn right into Van Ryn Road and follow the directional signage to the Visitor
Centre at the Distillery.

Enjoy the Jazzy sounds of award-winning South African bassist, Chadleigh Gowar and his band at Van Ryn’s this November. His musicality and improvisational ability have established him as a leading voice in jazz and gospel.
