Creative Cuisine Pantry’s Peri Peri Sauce transforms ordinary chicken into a fiery, flavour packed feast bursting with smoky heat, tangy spice, and irresistible aroma. Every bite delivers layers of mild, but rich, peri peri flavour that seep deep into the chicken, creating crispy,
caramelised edges and juicy, tender meat inside.

Roasted in the oven, this recipe is designed to be effortless while still tasting like something
made by a seasoned chef. The sauce does all the hard work — blending chilli, garlic, citrus,
and rich spices into a vibrant marinade that brings intense flavour without complicated prep.
Perfect for weeknight dinners or sharing with friends and family, this peri peri chicken is the kind of meal that fills the kitchen with mouthwatering smells and keeps everyone reaching for seconds.

Creative Cuisine Pantry’s Peri Peri Sauce.
Delicious. Easy. Big, bold taste.



Peri Peri Chicken

Ingredients
6 pieces of chicken, skin and bone
2 sweet peppers, yellow or red or one of each
10 sprigs of Fresh thyme
Creative Cuisine Pantry Peri Peri Sauce 250ml x 2
5 medium potatoes
80ml Sour cream or feta cheese
100g of salad leaves
Olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
A few Basil leaves

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Put a griddle pan on high heat.
3. Heat up Air fryer to 180°C.
4. Drizzle chicken with Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place chicken in griddle pan and cook until golden.
6. Drizzle potatoes with Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper.
7. Cook potatoes in Air Fryer for at least 15 min.
8. Slice peppers into long strips and add to griddle pan.
9. Pour Peri Peri Sauce in roasting tin, add peppers and chicken.
10. Scatter thyme and basil over chicken.
11. Cover tin with foil and put in oven for 40 min.
12. Remove foil and back in oven for 5 min.
13. Check on potato, I use a fork to test if it is cooked.
14. Dress salad with Olive Oil and add salt and pepper.
15. Remove chicken from oven. Add a few sprigs of thyme.
16. Squeeze potato and add butter and sour cream or feta.
17. Serve!

It’s parsley. Full of that clean, herby taste! We use it across a variety of our products to bring some balance.

You’ll find it in our dressings, sauces and marinades.

It’s a simple herb, but gives that extra taste.

What’s for dinner tonight? Schnitzels, the Italian way, finished with our 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼 & 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲.

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝟰):
4 pork neck steaks or deboned chicken breasts
2 eggs (beaten)
250 ml breadcrumbs
100 ml flour
Salt & black pepper
Italian Sprinkle or Braai Rub
400 g baby tomatoes
Handful basil leaves
30 ml olive oil
4 garlic cloves (chopped)
50 ml Creative Cuisine Tomato & Basil Sauce
100 ml canola oil
200 g mozzarella (sliced)

𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱:
Flatten meat slightly and season well.
Coat in flour, dip in egg, then breadcrumbs. Chill for 1 hour.
Fry garlic in olive oil, add tomatoes + basil, cook briefly.
Fry schnitzels in canola oil (±5 mins per side) until golden.
Place on a tray, spoon over Tomato & Basil Sauce and tomato mix.
Top with mozzarella and bake at 180°C for 20–30 mins until melted and cooked through.

Serve hot and enjoy — this is comfort food, done properly.

What starts as humble makataan (those pale melons you see at the beginning) is carefully peeled, prepped and transformed by hand.

Our team takes it from raw ingredient to something completely different. Slowly cooked, carefully balanced and turned into the preserve you see on the shelf.

Slowly, it becomes something richer with a tad sweetness and a spoonful of tradition.
