We’re excited to announce the opening of Namo, our new home & lifestyle store, planned for November 2026.

We’re looking for two wonderful people to join our team:

✨ MAIN SALES PERSON
✨ SHOP ASSISTANT

This isn’t just a typical retail position. We’re looking for people who genuinely have an appreciation for a natural, considered way of living and who can help our customers understand why the products we choose matter.

We’d love someone who:

🌿 Has an awareness and appreciation of natural fibres and materials
🌿 Understands the benefits of choosing linen, cotton, wool and other natural materials over synthetics
🌿 Understands why reducing our use of plastic is important
🌿 Appreciates natural, non-toxic alternatives to conventional chemical products
🌿 Has an eye for good quality, beautiful and well-made products
🌿 Enjoys learning about products and sharing that knowledge with customers
🌿 Naturally connects with the idea of living a more natural, healthy and conscious lifestyle
🌿 Is friendly, warm, presentable and genuinely enjoys working with people
🌿 Being able to communicate confidently in both English and Afrikaans would be a bonus

📍 IMPORTANT — LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY

You must live in one of the following towns:

Stilbaai | Albertinia | Melkhoutfontein | Riversdale | Jongensfontein

Unfortunately, CVs from applicants living outside these areas will not be considered.

🕰️ FLEXIBLE HOURS

We’re flexible when it comes to working hours and are open to finding the right arrangement for the right person.

This could include:

• Half-day or full-day work
• Shifts
• Flexible schedules
• Covering some or all of our 7 trading days, depending on availability

We’re more interested in finding the right people who fit the ethos of Namo and this might end up being a lovely mix of different personalities.
