This weekend, the **Bakkies se Melkkos team** is taking a little time to build some of our own special memories. ✨

It’s our **wedding anniversary**, and after all the wonderful memories we’ve shared with our customers around steaming bowls of melkkos, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the journey we’ve shared together. ❤️

Unfortunately, this means we **won’t be at the Southey's Thrift & Second Hand Market this Saturday, 5 September 2026**.

We hope you understand that sometimes you need to pause, celebrate the people beside you, and make a few memories of your own. 🥂🌸

After a long little break, we are so excited to be back at Southey's Thrift and Second Hand Market tomorrow morning, Saturday, 16 May 2026 from 8am!

The steaming pots of melkkos will be ready to warm your hands and hearts while you roam through the market stalls and enjoy what promises to be a beautiful morning. 🌿✨

The break made us realize just how much we missed our wonderful customers, the familiar faces, the laughter, and especially all the beautiful memory stories shared around our stall. 🤍

⚠️🤍 A Little Health Update 🤍⚠️

Attention to all our lovely clients…

Unfortunately, we will not be at the Southey's Thrift and Second Hand Market tomorrow, Saturday, 2 May 2026.

The flu arrived quickly and has decided we need to slow down and take a bit of rest. 🍵🌿 As much as we would love to be there sharing warm bowls and even warmer memories with you, for now it’s time to recover and get back to full strength.

But don’t worry… your melkkos cravings are still taken care of! 🍲✨
