Something a little more flavourful and of course, something sparkling. 🍾

These Thai-style marinated salmon skewers bring just the right balance of fragrant, fresh and slightly spicy, perfectly paired with a glass of Gorgeous Sparkling.

Light, crisp and beautifully balanced, it’s exactly what you want alongside bold, vibrant flavours.

Here’s how to make it:

FOR THE MARINADE:
• 1 can coconut cream
• 2 stalks lemongrass, sliced
• 1 k**b ginger, peeled & sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, sliced
• Grated rind of 2 limes
• 1 green chilli, sliced
• Coriander leaves (optional)
• 15 ml fish sauce
• 15 ml soy sauce
• 2.5 ml turmeric
• 10 ml brown sugar
• 2.5 ml salt

FOR THE SKEWERS:
• 500 g salmon (cubed)
• 1 batch marinade

METHOD:

Blend marinade ingredients until smooth.
Cut salmon into cubes and place on skewers.
Drizzle with marinade and leave for 15–30 minutes.
Grill until just cooked through.
Serve hot, preferably with a glass of Gorgeous Sparkling.

Cocktails… but make it Gorgeous. ✨

Light. Crisp. Indulgent. Our Sparkling Gin Fizz brings together fresh cucumber, a touch of sweetness and just the right amount of bubbles.

Easy to make. Hard to stop at one.

INGREDIENTS:

Few blocks of ice
20 – 50ml craft gin
10ml simple syrup
125ml Gorgeous Sparkling Non Vintage, chilled
Cucumber, sliced
Strawberry, sliced

METHOD:

Fill a large wine glass halfway with ice blocks. Add the gin and syrup and top with Gorgeous.
Stir gently with a cocktail stick, garnish with sliced cucumber and strawberries.

Serve and enjoy, Gorgeous!
