⚠️ PREPAID ELECTRICITY PURCHASES CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

Good morning, residents.

Please be advised that prepaid electricity purchases are currently unavailable following a power outage at the NMBM IT server facility in Central yesterday, 6 October 2026, at approximately 13:30.

The municipal electricity purchasing system relies on this server, which means electricity cannot currently be purchased from vendors or through online systems.

Wirelt has also confirmed that the issue is with the municipality’s system and not Wirelt.

Unfortunately, residents with little or no electricity units remaining will need to wait until the municipal server is restored and purchases can resume.

I will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
