Sip slowly, and if you feel like nibbling, there’s something light and fresh to enjoy too — sushi, oysters, and a few alternative options for those who prefer something different. Little ones are covered too, with simple favourites just for them.

While our valley continues recovering from the recent floods, we are grateful to still be able to welcome guests to Paul René this weekend.

Like many farms in the area, we too have felt the effects brought on by the weather, and we remain deeply mindful of the circumstances surrounding us.

For those wanting to pause for a little while, our doors remain open for Sushi Saturday — offering a warm and peaceful space to slow down, share good company, and enjoy fresh sushi alongside our handcrafted Cap Classique.
