It’s a Sunday evening and many are about to turn in for the night but not me, my oven’s humming, the house is quiet, and my hands smell like cinnamon and vanilla.

People ask why I started Baked by Logain from my home kitchen. It’s not just about cake or cupcakes.

It’s about the mom who DMs me at midnight saying “my son’s birthday cake made him feel seen.”
