Hello from a wet wet wet Vanwyksdorp. Cut off low after cut off low. Double the average rainfall this year. The wettest winter in my 17 years here.

Its also "Purple Rain" time here. Always wanted a big wysteria flowing like purple rain (but more hopeful). That's the great jazz man Cher Baker in the background.

Not much is more beautiful than apricot trees in full bloom. We have one hectare of Soldonne apricots from which we produce fabulous sulphur free dried apricots. (no chemicals whatsoever).
