Today we celebrate International Sauvignon Blanc Day!

The Premium Collection Sauvignon Blanc holds a complex range of flavours with gooseberry, pear and litchi aromas on the nose with a hint of asparagus. Beautifully balanced, the palate is rich with a lingering finish.

The Winemaker’s Selection Sauvignon Blanc is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc with gooseberry and litchi on the fruit-forward nose. Green apple and lime on the vibrant palate with quince and fruit salad on the tangy finish.

Day 5 of Harvest 2026

Harvesting continues with more Chardonnay coming in from Mimosa Farm.

The berries are small this season, yet carrying remarkable flavour. It has been a defining trait of our 1,000 ton Chardonnay harvest so far at Cilmor.
