I wish to present to you Mbali Yengwe agricultural Co-op previously known as Kwandamafu chickens. Due to the high demand of chickens with huge tonnes per annum and the fact that chickens remain the most affordable source of animal protein with the highest capita consumption. We sell live birds, slaughtered and unslaughtered as whole birds or as apportioned chicken pieces. We are located at Daagbreek farm portion 19 on Hlobane road just before Eshoba next to Black Horse Hall.
We have proper 🐔 chicken housing which has allowed us to venture out as medium to large scale commercial broiler poultry farming business. Our housing is properly regulated with optimum temperature suited for the birds, has adequate ventilation and lighting, and also avoids direct sunlight due to the alignment of the chicken houses with an east to west latitude.
We are a reputable supplier of chickens, producing birds with growth potential and good quality meat. We grow using reputable food with nutrition necessary for meat production, resistance to disease and growth, because we optimize for the target weight.
We were motivated by the fact that Mzansi fails to produce sufficient quantities of broiler meat to satisfy the demand, with shortfalls addressed by imports from Brazil. Our target market is Individual's, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Butcheries, Abbartoirs and Organizations.
We also play an employment role as unemployment is the order of the day. These people feed the broilers, provide food and water and also clean and disinfect the building and equipment, removal of litter and other day to day duties. Your support will allow us to employ more young people.
