Today, we celebrate Anica Ras and her five-year journey with us — a journey shaped by purpose, perseverance and a clear sense of direction.

When Anica first joined the team, she knew very little about the industry, but we saw a tenacity in her that gave us every confidence she would grow and shine. Over the past five years, her dedication, accuracy and warm, likeable nature have helped her build strong relationships with growers across her expanding region, from Limpopo to the Western Cape.

Her growth and commitment led to her promotion to Procurement Manager last year, a well-deserved recognition of the value she brings to the business and the relationships she continues to build.

Anica approaches both life and work with intention. With a Bachelor of Science degree and a natural drive to keep learning, she continues to pursue her goals with focus and quiet determination.

A NEW SEASON BEGINS TO TAKE SHAPE

The vineyards in Loskop, Limpopo are beginning to come to life, with the first signs of budding marking an exciting new chapter in the growing cycle.

Early indications suggest that the grape season is set to begin towards the end of October, around the same time as last year.

As the vineyards continue to develop, our teams remain closely connected to the journey from vineyard to market, working alongside our growers as we prepare for the season ahead.

It is an exciting first glimpse of the season ahead and the journey these grapes will take from vineyard to market."
