You’ll need:
• A generous pour of a botanical craft gin (we're using our hand-distilled Wild Rose Fynbos Gin)
• Premium Indian Tonic Water
• A thick slice of fresh ruby grapefruit (pressed up against the glass!)
• A sprig of fresh rosemary and a little fynbos flower for aromatics
• Lots of crushed ice!
