The meat and the lokshin platters in all their glory. We don't get to make the lokshin/ekasi platter quite as often as we would like. We cannot even begin to describe what an absolute delight it was preparing this gem for Mami Mogole. I believe Lerato's exact words were 'its quite exciting and refreshing making the lokshin platter' and I couldn't agree with her more. Yes you've guessed it, those are indeed mini fat cakes, needless to say freshly made! Filled with white liver and hot atchaar. What you see there are chicken feet cooked to absolute perfection! Those kebabs there are gizzards with a bang. Go on try this platter, you'll love it!!
