🫑 It all starts here... ❤️

A colourful mountain of peppers, a whole lot of roasting, peeling, chopping, stirring... and plenty of love.

Our Hot Roasted Pepper Relish has a story that makes it even more special.

It was never meant to become one of our signature products. One day, after a market, we had a few beautiful yellow peppers left over. Rather than let them go to waste, we decided to experiment. The result? A delicious roasted yellow pepper relish that quickly became a customer favourite.

Since then, we've had request after request asking us to bring it back. In fact, we've now had more than a dozen orders for this special relish!

The challenge? Finding enough yellow peppers isn't always easy, so every batch is made when we can source the best produce. That's why each jar is truly something special.

Today we're firing up the ovens once again. 🔥

Every sauce, chutney and relish at Valley Spices is made in small batches, by hand, with patience, passion and the finest ingredients we can find. We don't believe in rushing good food. We believe in creating something we're proud to put our name on.
