Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Wolseley, Western Cape

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely for a successful business in the regenerative agricultural sector, providing support in various areas of farm management and business operations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about regenerative agriculture, possess strong organizational skills, and be eager to learn and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Customer Orders: Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Stock Take and Control: Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
Data Capture: Accurately record and maintain data related to orders and inventory.
Customer Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
Production Management: Oversee production processes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Skill Requirements
Matric. Additional studies will be beneficial
Experience in field will be beneficial
Drivers license and own Transport
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Afrikaans
Computer literate, skilled in data entry and various software applications.
Strong admin, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
