Bravo brouers Bravo Brouers is a brewery part of the bigger Brewers Coop in Woodstock Cape Town.We are 14 brewers

We are about craft beer and other beverages all fermented in some or other way.We love working with fermentation in the underworld of micro organisms as part of natures way to preserve and alter nutrients to our benefit. The licensed brewery is part of the bigger Brewers Coop in Woodstock , Cape Town and our brewery and bar is on the same premises.Each brewer has a tap onsite where his/her latest brews can be sampled and we also cater for private clients and functions.

Kolsch back on tap!
This Kolsch is a German Ale fermented with a top fermenting yeast strain which is aged at refrigeration temperatures like a lager for at least a month.
Straw coloured - Subdued fruity undertone (almost cherry like) nose with a dry finish, medium body and backround maltiness mainly from Pilsener malt.
Noble German hops - Hallertauer Mittlefruh variety was used for a spicy/herbal medium bitter finish.
