Jacobuskraal Yzerfontein Farmhouse is a private and secluded pet friendly 'West Coast-style' self-catering farmhouse, located on a 10-hectare plot within the nature conservation area of Jacobuskraal, just 5 km from the beach and the coastal town of Yzerfontein and 70 km north of Cape Town. res including tortoises. This is also the ideal spot for stargazing. The rustic self-catering farmhouse can accommodate up to 10 people, and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is also another separate toilet and shower. Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two double beds and the other room has a 3/4 bed and two single beds. The house has a fireplace / inside braai, and the living area leads to a covered veranda with another braai area. There are 2 wooden decks upstairs, where you can relax and enjoy a sundowner. The house is 'off-the-grid' and is bush powered with gas and solar energy for lights, charging of mobile devices, and radios. Jacobuskraal Yzerfontein Farmhouse is pet friendly, and you are welcome to bring along your canine companions. The house has a fenced garden to keep your pets safe, while you take a nap, or indulge in some human-only relaxation time.
