Some people are part of the family… and then there’s our Marinda, who keeps the whole family together!

If you know Marinda, you’ll know that she’s so much more than just a familiar face around here. She’s the heart behind so much of what we do, the one who keeps everyone on their toes, the glue that holds it all together, and the person who somehow manages to make everything feel like home.

Through the busy days, the beautiful moments, the chaos and all the lekker West Coast kuier in between, Marinda is always there, giving her all and putting her whole heart into everything she does.

Marinda, Blake Family W**es simply wouldn’t be Blake Family W**es without YOU! ❤️

Today we hope you feel just how loved, appreciated and incredibly special you are to all of us. May this new year of life bring you as much happiness as you bring to everyone around you.

HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS, MARINDA! 🎂🥂

Something 𝐍𝐄𝐖 is joining the Blake's family... and that's not the only reason to visit us this weekend!

Meet our 2026 Muscat d'Alexandrie, available from tomorrow (10 October)! And what makes this w**e even more special? It proudly carries the Old Vine Project | Certified Heritage Vineyards seal, recognising its origins in vineyards that are at least 30 years old. A beautiful celebration of our w**emaking heritage and the character that comes with age.

But that's not the only surprise we've got up our sleeves... Let's just say you might want to arrive thirsty, bring a VERY healthy appetite and leave plenty of room for a few delicious surprises! 😉

A new w**e, our West Coast hospitality and perhaps a few more reasons to stay a little longer... See you at Blake's this weekend!

Sharing is caring… especially when it comes to good w**e!

And here on the West Coast, we LOVE sharing a little w**e knowledge almost as much as we love a 𝘭𝘦𝘬𝘬𝘦𝘳 𝘬𝘶𝘪𝘦𝘳! 😉

Our very own Louise Williams spent some time with the wonderful team at Pelagos Langebaan , sharing her knowledge, tasting some Blake favourites and making sure the waiters are ready to recommend the perfect glass!

And here's some exciting news… Blake Family W**es is Pelagos' featured w**ery for the next TWO months! 🍷

So, next time you're in Langebaan, pop in and enjoy a little taste of Blakes!

Tomorrow, things are getting a little tastier at Blake Family W**es!

We can’t spill the beans just yet, but here are a few clues… Small Plates. Shore Thing. Good Mood Food. Three little hints. One BIG surprise. 😏

We’ve been working behind the scenes on something fresh, fun and very Blake… and tomorrow is the big day!

For now, we’ll leave you guessing… What do YOU think is coming? 🍴👀
