Duties and Responsibilities
• Land preparation and planting of crops
• Weeding, watering, and application of fertilizers
• Harvesting and post-harvest handling
• Cleaning and maintenance of farm tools and equipment
• Assisting with irrigation and general farm operations
• Loading, offloading, and packaging farm produce
• Following farm safety and hygiene procedures
• Any other duties assigned by farm supervisors
Requirements
• Grade 9 or Grade 12 certificate is an added advantage
• Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors
• Honest, hardworking, and able to work in a team
• Ability to follow instructions and meet daily targets
