✨What do we have here?……Catfish on the grill & Kalembula 👌

✨Clean your catfish 🐟, sprinkle some salt 🧂 and black pepper…ready for your grill.

✨For the Kalembula, simply wash it, add some tomato 🍅, onion 🧅, chilies 🌶️ & salt 🧂….ready to cook.

✨Remember both meals have no additional cooking oil. The catfish 🐟 does produce oil enough for it to be crunchy 👌

Who said you can’t bake when you’ve been load shedded 💁‍♀️
Okay these are basic buns & I used the following:
✨Household flour
✨Sugar
✨Salt
✨Yeast
✨Butter
✨Milk
✨Water
Knead all the ingredients together to make a dough; make some balls and place in the greased pot then cover for a while; there after, place the pot on a brazier with little fire at the bottom; after some minutes, you can add some hot charcoal on top of pot for the purpose of browning the top layer. 🔸So after you Fufula & Tumbula your chicken, add spices of your choice and then you get some edible leaves 🍃 like those (Mangoe, Guava, Kotapela) you put on your brazier with little Malasha so the chicken can Pya slowly while it’s covered ✅
