Recently, a last-minute order hit a roadblock when a delivery service failed to bring the custom topper we needed on time. We always prioritize quality, so instead of risking a rushed result, we communicated honestly with our client and provided a beautiful alternative design that was ready on schedule.

We truly appreciate our clients' understanding when things go unexpectedly.

A Friendly Reminder

To ensure we can source every detail for your custom cakes and handle any logistics, please place your orders at least three days in advance. This lead time allows us to deliver the perfection you deserve.

Thank you for choosing Pezo Confectionery. We cannot wait to bake your next masterpiece!
