On our lunch menu today: Sorghum Nshima topped with Kalembula sautéed in onions, garlic and thyme/ tomato confit sauce/ groundnut cream/ rump steak topped with creamy orange mushroom sauce.

And instead of saying Bon Appetit today we are saying “Idyani Bwino!” 😋
