The Wine Shop stocks a vast range of wines from South Africa, Chile, Italy, France, Spain and Argentina. With a warm décor dominated by wine bottles, The Wine Shop stocks more than 200 varietals from the biggest well known producers. Walking into this wonderful shop and seeing the huge variety of bottles can be
a little bit overwhelming, but the knowledgeable staff are always available to assist should you need help finding the perfect wine. The multitude of varietals offers the possibility to find your everyday wine or one to suit that special occasion. The Wine Shop houses premium brands such as Boschendal, Delaire, Marques de Casa Concha, Bellingham, Meerlust, Franschhoek Cellars and Casillero Del Diablo, Don Melchor, Anthonij Rupert, Rupert & Rothschild, Sunkissed, Douglas Green to name just a few. In addition a selection of high end spirits such as the Chivas Range, Johnnie Walker Range, Glenfiddich Range, Inverocche Gin, and much more. Boschendal wines have not been an exception in international wine recognition. The 1685 Shiraz 2009 was, in 2012, honored with a Gold Medal by the Old Mutual Wine Trophy Show and the Cecil John Reserve Shiraz was awarded with a Silver Medal. One of the greatest pleasures of wine is that the more you learn and are exposed to it, the better it gets. Your confidence grows and you are soon able to compare wines from different countries, regions, producers, vintages and grape varieties. We believe wine should be kept simple, be fun and affordable so that all can enjoy it whatever their age or position.
