To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, please review the following policies before placing your order.
1. ORDERS & BOOKING
• All orders must be placed at least 4-5 days in advance, depending on cake size and design.
• All bookings must be placed at least 2-3 months in advance, to enable us to deliver accordingly.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment or the required amount is received.
• Rush or last-minute orders may incur an additional fee and are subject to availability.
2. PAYMENTS
• Full payment or a non-refundable deposit (75%) is required to secure your date.
• Any remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.
• Production does not begin without payment.
3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• No refunds are offered once production has started.
• Cancellations made before production may be eligible for a partial refund (deposit excluded).
• Date changes are subject to availability and approval.
4. DESIGN & CUSTOM CAKES
• All cakes are handcrafted. While inspiration photos are welcome, exact replicas are not guaranteed.
• Minor variations in color, size, or decoration may occur.
• By approving your design, you acknowledge and accept our creative interpretation.
5. PICKUP & DELIVERY
• Pickup times must be strictly adhered to.
• Late pickups may affect cake quality, especially for cream-based cakes.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• If delivery is selected, fees are calculated based on location.
• Once the cake leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage caused by handling, transportation, or heat.
• Cream cakes should always be transported with so much care.
6. CAKE CARE & STORAGE
• Buttercream and whipped cream cakes are heat-sensitive.
• Cakes should be refrigerated when not in use.
• We are not responsible for damage due to improper storage or heat exposure at your premises.
7. ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS
• Please notify us of any allergies before placing your order.
• Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.
8. COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, along with clear photos.
• Taste preferences (sweetness, flavor, etc.) are not grounds for refunds.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
By placing an order with Bee’s cakes and events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
