🌍 DAY 2 | NEXTSHE EXPORTER PROGRAMME 📦

Another productive day of learning and building at the NextShe Exporter Programme!

Today, we focused on market selection, customer profiling, brand positioning and export financial readiness. These sessions are helping us look at Matebele Snacks beyond simply producing great products, and to think strategically about who we are selling to, where we are selling, and how we can grow sustainably into export markets.

One key lesson that stood out for us is:

Know your market before you decide on your packaging, quantities and pricing.

A catering company may need 1 kg, while a fast-food outlet may need 50 g or 100 g portions for its customers. A retailer may even purchase our products in bulk and repackage them under their own brand. Each market requires a different approach.

For Matebele Snacks, this is about becoming more intentional with our:

🌍 Export opportunities
