Smashed potatoes served with roasted chicken and a salad

White sauce recipe:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
3 cloves crushed garlic
A teaspoon of crushed onion
1 cup milk

Instructions
In the same saucepan used to cook chicken, add butter, garlic and onion and sauté until onion is transparent. Add flour and cook for a minute before adding a cup of milk. Use a whisk to avoid lumps
Add salt and black pepper to taste

Salad recipe
Cucumber
Olives
Carrots
Cherry tomatoes
Shallots and white onion
Chopped toasted pecans

Instructions
In a bowl toss and mix mentioned ingredients and add dressing of your choice
