Weekends are for braaing so why not try adding some jerk to your next braai. Jerk season goes great with chicken, pork and even beef.

Marinate the meat in the jerk sauce for a few hours to allow the spices and herbs to infuse into the meat and let the flavours come out when you put it on the braai or in the oven.
