With over 15 years international and local professional cooking experience and a real passion for tasty food, I enjoy constantly learning about di

I also fully respect that our foods mostly come from the soil and growing fresh herbs and vegetables is vital to my cooking. We provide full gourmet catering including canapés/finger foods, starters, delicious Spit & Braai options with a variety of sauces, starches, vegetable and vegetarian options, as well as refreshing salads and desserts, which will add that extra special touch to your event, meaning that you can simply relax and let us do all the work. Everyone loves succulent, slow-cooked meat, and a spit roast is a great way to bring this to your party, especially here in Zimbabwe where the weather is generally fantastic and well suited to outdoor functions and catering. We endeavor to offer quality and consistency at all times, by using only top quality “super” meats and the freshest local ingredients from the best suppliers. Our unique stainless steel spits/hog ovens are neat and presentable for any occasion with both an indirect grilling and convectional oven effect that produces great results every time. The smell of burning charcoal and roasting marinated meat will have your guests eagerly anticipating the moment when juicy slices of pork, lamb, chicken or beef are served, and this memory of perfectly cooked meats on your menu will provide an enthusiastic talking point for a long while after.
