$1 for 12 medium sized tomatoes(1.5kg)
$2 for 24 medium sized tomatoes(3kg)

Fresh produce is brought from fields long before we see it in supermarkets therefore its shelf life decreases.

This is one of the advantages of buying your fresh produce directly from the farm.

Let's take note of the shelf life of some of our favourite vegetables when purchasing them.
Your vegetables can go bad within few days or weeks without proper food preservation methods( refrigeration, open area storage, etc)
