You can build the best pens.
You can spend millions on feed.

They always have excuses for simple tasks.
Animals are never looking fresh, no matter how much you spend.
Drugs, feed, vaccines are "finishing too fast" without results.
Too many unexplained sicknesses, deaths, slow growth.

1. Don’t hire from pity.
This is your business, not charity.
2. Train properly. Supervise actively.
Don’t assume they know because they said "I sabi."
3. Pay fairly and demand excellence.
Cheap labour is the most expensive mistake you'll ever make.

Feed records. Health charts. Water schedules. Stock movement reports.
