As for Smart4U issue here is what we've seen from responses so far:
1) Some of the people who had Smart4U before can no longer see it on *143 # at all.
2)Others say it disappeared and then came back after a bit
3)For those who still have it, prices have changed — and most are reporting increases, not decreases
For the most part it looks like Econet is actively reshuffling who qualifies and what it costs. Still waiting to hear back from Econet directly.
