Tiny cookies, big citrusy flavor treat idea for the weekend 🍊

Marmalade Thumbprint Cookies

Ingredients (makes ~24 cookies):
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ¼ tsp salt
• 6–8 tbsp marmalade

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla.
3. Stir in flour and salt until a dough forms.
4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking tray.
5. Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to make an indentation in each ball.
6. Fill each indentation with about ½ tsp of marmalade.
7. Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
8. Cool on a wire rack and serve.
