*Summary*

We are seeking a Farm Administrator/Agriculturalist to manage daily farm operations. Hands-on chicken experience is mandatory, as the role focuses on chick rearing, breed management, and representing our poultry at agricultural shows. Duties also include record keeping, staff supervision, facility maintenance, and general farm support. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

*Key Responsibilities*

Communication: Provide daily updates to the founder and represent our chicken breeds at shows.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of chicks, breeding stock, eggs, and sales.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of offices, storerooms, and livestock areas.
Staff Supervision: Monitor attendance and ensure workers perform assigned duties.
Chick Rearing: Assist with feeding, care, and monitoring of chicks.
Breed Knowledge: Learn all 41 chicken breeds within 3 months and participate in ongoing training.
