🌸 **WE’RE GROWING OUR FLEUR TEAM!** 🌸
As we expand into **Fleur Nights** and build out our evening offering alongside our daytime café trade, we’re looking for some brilliant new people to join the crew.
We’re currently recruiting for **three roles:**
☕ **FRONT OF HOUSE ALL-ROUNDER | Casual**
We’re looking for someone confident, friendly and capable who can jump into all areas of FOH.
You’ll need:
• Barista experience
• A current RSA
• Great customer service skills
• The ability to work confidently as part of a team
• The ability to work independently with minimal instruction
• A strong eye for detail
• The ability to spot issues, take initiative and solve problems
• Flexibility to work **days, evenings and weekends** as required
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, notices the little things and is happy moving between coffee, food service, drinks and everything else that makes Fleur tick.
👨🍳 **CHEF | Part-Time**
We’re looking for another chef to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for the role to **grow into full-time employment in the future**.
You’ll need to:
• Be comfortable working in a **fast-paced kitchen**
• Have a great attitude and contribute to a **positive, happy and collaborative kitchen environment**
• Take pride in producing consistently good food with **strong presentation and attention to detail**
• Maintain **strict food safety, sanitation and kitchen hygiene standards**
• Monitor inventory and stock levels
• Work thoughtfully to **minimise food wastage**
• Be organised, reliable and able to keep standards high during busy service periods
We want our kitchen to be a place where people work hard, support each other and actually enjoy coming to work.
🌙 **FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER | Casual**
We’re looking for an **experienced hospitality manager** to help lead our front of house team across both Fleur’s daytime service and Fleur Nights.
**Previous management experience is essential.**
You’ll be responsible for helping keep service running smoothly, supporting and guiding the team on shift, maintaining high service standards and creating a great experience for our customers.
This is a flexible casual role, so you’ll need to be available across a mix of **days, evenings and weekends**.
🌸 **ABOUT FLEUR**
We’re not your standard café. We’re a colourful venue inside the Burnie Arts Centre, combining great coffee, food and desserts during the day with **Fleur Nights**, bringing tapas, cocktails, w**e and boutique b**r into the evening.
Across all three roles, we’re looking for people who are **friendly, reliable, proactive, team-focused and genuinely care about doing a great job**.
