What an exciting couple of days ahead for the Australian meat industry!

FS Alliance would like to wish all eight talented finalists the very best of luck as they compete in the Australian Young Butcher Team Trials at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC).

Under the watchful eye of Australian Butcher Team Manager Billy Gibney, these talented young butchers will showcase their skills, creativity, precision and passion for the trade.

We’re extremely proud to see FS Alliance apprentices take out both 1st and 2nd place in the Queensland Apprentice of the Year! 👏🔥

A fantastic achievement by both young men and a great reflection of the hard work, skill and dedication they’ve put into their trade.
