Had a great time at Landcare's Green Day yesterday talking about all things Biodiversity this year. Here Clayton was demonstrating the Web of Life with one of the groups. Thanks to Marie and the team at Watershed Landcare for organising such a terrific event to teach our next generation! 👏🏻 And thanks for including us, it's such an honour. 🙏🏻

On the bench today... mini quiche cups. 😋 A great snack fresh and hot and some for the freezer. A great way to use up excess eggs.

What's your go-to when you have eggs to use up? 🥚🥚🥚🥚

Ps. No recipe🫣... just put whatever you have/want in each muffin hole, fill with egg mixture and top with cheese. Cook through. 👩‍🍳

Cattle are enjoying grazing along the river flats behind a hot wire.🐃🌱 There's a lot of phalaris down here. You will see we are in the process of weaning the remainder of the calves. We have used Easy Wean rings for many years with great success for stress free weaning.
