One Hungry Mumma was born through a genuine love of fresh, creative home cooking. We pride ourselves on using as many local products as possible and all our recipes are created my Mumma and tried and tested several times before hitting the market. We use the highest quality product, our products are Gluten free with no added nasties. We cook in small batches ensuring the freshest quality at all times and most importantly that good old home cooked flavour.

One of the most photographed features in our garden is our stunning Golden Chain Tree. Every time it flowers, guests stop in their tracks and ask what it is. With its cascading chains of golden blooms, it’s easy to see why. Nature’s own chandelier, right here in Finch Hatton. This lovely lady even went home with a potted mini tree and others to share the joy in her garden. Seen here with gardener Dave the smile says it all.

As part of Queensland Small Business Month, we’re proud to be sharing the stories of local small businesses across our region through the Spotlight on Small Business campaign.

This week, we’re spotlighting One Hungry Mumma, an award winning food business proudly celebrating 10 years in business.

What began with a small batch of spicy charred capsicum sauce at a local market has grown into a diverse business offering handcrafted condiments, cooking classes, long table events, catering and the much loved Secret Stash subscription boxes. At the heart of it all is a passion for bringing people together through food, storytelling and connection.
