NEW MENU. NEW FAVOURITES. 🍸🍹

Something new has landed behind the bar. Our latest cocktail menu is here and it is packed with bold flavours, playful twists and a few drinks you’ll want to work your way through.

Think Gin-a-Colada which takes on the classic pina colada swapping rum for our aromatic gin and adding coconut sorbet for a creamy yet light finish. It’s a Republic signature for a reason! 🥥

Feeling brave? Our Chilli Thai Basil Smash brings chilli infused gin, ginger, lemongrass, Thai basil and fresh lime with a serious but delicious kick🌶️

Then there’s A Proper Flapjack. Brown butter-washed brandy, toasted oat- infused vodka and golden syrup, served with a little home made piece of the real thing. Dessert? Cocktail? Well let you decide. 🥃

And yes, we’ve also given our mocktails a refresh too with new and improved alcohol free serves that are every bit as considered, creative and delicious 🍓
