A long day in the office, twice the amount of time in the car than I should have been and I come home to the most amazing dinner cooked by Mr Saucy!

The tunes were playing, the house smelled amazing and omg did he outdo himself!

Pork snags, rubbed with “rub before you pork” wrapped in bacon and glazed with “Big Rack Energy”. Grilled in the oven to perfection. Candied, crispy bacon enveloped the pork sausage perfectly!

Cold rainy weekends call for soul warming foods and relaxing.

This weekend we whipped up a baked brie cob loaf, bread seasoned with “Chip Tease” and inside, Brie cheese, bacon, thyme, chives onion, and seasoned with “Ewe Little Tease” and black garlic cloves from the gorgeous Taz at Midnight clove.

Quick easy and delicious!!!

🌯 HIGH-IRON • HIGH-PROTEIN • LOW-CARB BREKKIE WRAPS! 🌯

These are SENSATIONAL! Filling, tasty and perfect for meal prep!

🍄 Mushroom
🥚 Egg
🧀 Halloumi
🌿 Baby spinach

HOW WE MAKE ’EM ⬇️

Slice your mushrooms and lightly cook until beautifully browned with your seasoning of choice. I used SPBG from our beautiful friend Taz at Midnight Clove.

Slice the halloumi and lightly fry until just golden and slightly soft.

Whisk your eggs, roughly chop the baby spinach and cook them together gently over medium heat until the eggs are firm and the spinach has wilted.

Now build that bad boy!

We use Simson’s Pantry Low Carb High Protein wraps, then finish it off with a generous sprinkle of our “CHIP TEASE” because breakfast deserves a little flirting too!

💡 MEAL PREP TIP:
Make them the day before and simply microwave when you’re ready to eat, OR pop them in a sandwich press for a few minutes for that delicious crunchy outside. 🤤

So filling. So bloody good. And a seriously tasty way to start the day!
