Sausage season has officially arrived.

For generations, Italian families have gathered around tables and in garages to make homemade sausages and salami using recipes passed down through the family. One ingredient that’s always been essential? A proper pepper sauce.

Our limited release Sweet & Hot Pepper Sauces are made using 100% Australian peppers and are purpose built for traditional salami and sausage making.

The Sweet variety delivers rich capsicum flavour and colour, while the Hot combines capsicum and chilli for extra heat and depth.

Casa Della Nonna has arrived at in Essendon thanks to 🇮🇹

Running from May 18 - June 28, this immersive pop-up museum celebrates Italian food, family and tradition through nostalgic recreations of classic Italian homes.

From retro living rooms and dining tables to plastic covered couches, lace tablecloths and crystal cabinets filled with the “good plates” nobody was allowed to touch, every little detail felt incredibly familiar. It genuinely made me nostalgic - and almost emotional - walking through it. It really felt like stepping into my Nonna’s house.

The experience is also celebrating the launch of Bippi’s new Italian Pretzels traditionally known as Taralli in Southern Italy. I couldnt pick a favourite flavour they were all so good! Available in:

Tomorrow, we officially open the doors to Casa della Nonna at .supermarket 🇮🇹

The inspiration behind Casa della Nonna came from Ben’s childhood and the little details that so many Italian families somehow shared growing up.

Plastic-covered couches. Briscola nights. Lace curtains. Antipasto before dinner. Biscuit tins filled with sewing kits. RAI permanently playing in the background.

To celebrate the launch of our new Italian Pretzels (Taralli), we partnered with LaManna to transform part of their store into a full museum-style Italian household experience inspired by the nostalgia, culture and traditions that shaped so many of us.

And this Saturday, we’re bringing it to life properly.

The final surprise we had in store? We built Nonna’s house inside a supermarket.⁠

Located inside , Casa della Nonna is our full-scale recreation of the Italian homes so many of us grew up in, built to celebrate the launch of our new Italian Pretzels.

Casa della Nonna is a love letter to the nuances of Italian culture, nostalgia and the little details you’d recognise from growing up in an Italian household.

Every room was designed to feel lived in, layered with memories and traditions. It carries that familiar feeling, like stepping back into a memory you forgot you had.⁠

Nonno parked in the same spot he’s been sitting in for the last 20 years, Italian Pretzels in hand ready for an afternoon snack.⁠
⁠
You know the living room. The untouched “good room” somehow still covered in plastic, the giant TV cabinet, the lace doilies, the framed saints, and the volume on the television always slightly too loud.⁠
⁠
Every Italian household seemed to have one, a space where afternoons disappeared between football games, old Italian movies and endless snacking. Somehow, there was always a bowl of Taralli within arm’s reach.⁠
