It’s Magical weather today and tomorrow ☀️☀️ perfect for a day out in the valley with the fam , we have the most incredible pineapples available at the cafe , sweet, juicy, acid free and the most incredible flavour 😍🍍🍍🍍 the main ingredient to our most popular tropical grove juice 🙏

We have Abbie live singing from 10am to 1pm Sunday as well as face painting for the kids

Heaps of fresh stock ready in the nursery , the plants are booming with new growth looking for there forever new homes to provide you with fresh healthy goodness

Just last week these guys looked like sticks in a pot… now they’re bursting with fresh new growth! 🌿

And there’s a good reason ‘Wonderful’ is one of the best-known pomegranate varieties. ❤️

🌺 ROSELLA – THE CLASSIC JAM PLANT 🌺

Rosella produces striking bright red, fleshy calyxes with a delicious tart, cranberry/rhubarb-like flavour. They’re incredibly versatile in the kitchen and are traditionally used for:

🍓 Homemade jams & jellies
🥤 Cordials & syrups
🫖 Hot or iced tea
🍰 Desserts & sauces
🥗 Even the young leaves are edible!

The plants are fast growing and love the warmer weather, developing into a productive bush that can reach around 2 metres tall. The red calyxes form after flowering and are harvested once they’re plump and fully developed.

A great edible plant for anyone wanting to grow something a little different 😀

Even though it’s fairly dry at the moment, if you’ve got water available it’s a perfect time to get planting. Or just heavily mulch and water once a week
